Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Error Solis game, its online services and this website.

Agreement

By creating an account or playing Error Solis you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Error Solis is published under the Reconecta Games name (“we”).

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Give accurate details, including your date of birth, keep your sign-in details private and do not share or sell your account. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.

Acceptable use

Error Solis is a shared online game. To keep it fair and welcoming, you must not:

  • harass, threaten, bully or abuse other players, or use hateful, sexual or discriminatory content;
  • choose pilot names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate another person or contain personal information;
  • cheat, use bots, automation or modified game clients, or exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
  • attack, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with our servers, or try to access other players’ accounts or our systems;
  • sell, buy or trade accounts or in-game items for real money;
  • break any applicable law.

Player-versus-player combat in contested regions is part of the game and is not harassment on its own.

Enforcement

If you break these terms or put other players or the service at risk, we may rename your pilot, remove content, or suspend or permanently close your account, with notice where practical. If you think we made a mistake, write to [email protected].

In-game items

Cinders, ships and other in-game items have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for money. They give you a limited, personal right to use them in the game. We may change, rebalance or remove game content as the game develops.

The game is provided as is

We work hard to keep Error Solis running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. Features may change, and the game or its online services may be interrupted or discontinued. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Ownership

Error Solis, including its software, art, music, story and names, belongs to Reconecta Games or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse-engineer the game except where the law or the store terms allow it.

App stores

Your download is also subject to the terms of Google Play or the App Store. On iPhone, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Google and Apple are not responsible for the game or its support.

Ending your use

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the game changes and will revise the date above; material changes will be announced in the game, on the website or by email. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: [email protected].
