Delete your Error Solis account

The fastest path is inside the game. If you cannot sign in or install the game, submit the verified web request below.

Delete immediately in the game

Open Character Vault → Account & Privacy → Delete Account. Enter your current password, type DELETE, and confirm. The account and associated data are permanently removed immediately.

This cannot be undone. Deletion covers profile details, verification records, active sessions, every character, tutorial and quest history, cloud gameplay saves, and the deleted characters’ local saves on that device.

Request deletion from the web

Use this route if you cannot reach the in-game control. Do not enter your password. We will contact the account email to verify ownership before deleting data, normally within 30 days of successful verification.

What may remain

A minimal processing record of a web request may be retained for up to 90 days after completion, unless a longer period is legally required. Aggregated or anonymised statistics that no longer identify an account are not account data. Clearing another device’s app storage may still be necessary if that device never reconnects after deletion.
