Who operates Error Solis

Game account data
When you create an account, we collect your first and last name, date of birth, email address and password. We store a one-way password hash—not your readable password—plus email-verification records, security sessions and internal account identifiers.
We also store the characters you create, their names and permanent careers, tutorial and quest progress, and an authenticated cloud copy of gameplay state such as level, currency, ships, equipment, cargo, station storage and current location. Device-local character saves remain until you clear app storage, uninstall, or delete the account in the game. Optional encrypted remembered-login credentials remain until you disable that option, clear app storage, uninstall, or delete the account.
Why we use it
- create, verify and secure accounts;
- let you sign in and restore the selected character across supported devices;
- save game progress and provide the game’s account, character, tutorial and gameplay features;
- prevent abuse, investigate failures and keep the test service reliable;
- respond to privacy and deletion requests.
Website and tester data
The tester form collects the email, callsign, device and testing interests you choose to submit. It is used only to review candidates, contact testers and send test invitations or development updates covered by that form’s consent. Account-deletion requests submitted on the website collect the account email and optional explanation needed to process and verify the request.
Google Analytics 4 is optional on the website and stays unloaded until you allow it. When allowed, it measures page views, approximate traffic source and region, device category, scrolling and navigation interactions. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad personalisation remain disabled, and tester or deletion-form fields are never sent to Analytics.
Service providers and transfers
Amazon Web Services processes game account data for the bounded test backend, including API Gateway, Lambda, Aurora PostgreSQL, SES, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager and operational logging. Cloudflare provides the public website, security, Turnstile and durable website-form storage. Google provides consent-gated website analytics. These providers process data to supply their services; we do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.
These providers may process data outside your country under their applicable contractual and legal transfer safeguards.
Security and retention
Game traffic uses HTTPS in cloud builds. Passwords are strongly hashed, bearer sessions expire, successful sign-in replaces older device sessions, and access is limited to what is needed to operate and troubleshoot the project. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Active account and gameplay data is retained while the account exists. Email-verification and session records expire or are removed through normal account operations. Tester applications are retained while recruitment or testing contact remains relevant, or until consent is withdrawn. Website deletion-request records are retained while the request is verified and completed, then for up to 90 days as a limited processing record unless law requires longer. Operational security logs are retained only according to the configured service lifecycle.
Deletion and your choices
You can permanently delete an authenticated account inside the game from Character Vault → Account & Privacy → Delete Account. Re-enter the current password and type DELETE. This immediately removes the account, its sessions, characters, quest history, cloud gameplay saves and those characters’ local saves on that device.
If you cannot access the game, use the public account-deletion request form. We will verify control of the account email before deletion. You may also ask to access, correct, restrict or object to processing where applicable, withdraw tester consent, or disable website analytics at any time. Legal rights vary by location.
Children
Error Solis is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child supplied personal data without appropriate permission, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed.
Changes
We will update this page when the game’s data practices materially change and revise the date above. A material change will be communicated through an appropriate in-game, website or email notice when required.
